Site Administration Assistant

Location:  Site in the Bowen Basin near Moranbah 

About the Company:
Chandler Macleod is a renowned and respected company in the recruitment industry, operating across various locations. With a commitment to providing exceptional service, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Administration Assistant. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • 7/7 Roster  - Camp Provided 
  • Scheduling/Planning 
  • General Admin/Reporting
  • Onboarding (Accommodation, PPE ETC)
  • Booking Coal Board Medicals and Standard 11
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience within a Mining team highly regarded 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Pleasant and professional demeanour with exceptional communication skills
