  • Oversee daily operations of a large-scale automated Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) in Auburn
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs across safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, team collaboration, financial efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop and nurture a positive culture, maximise reliability and performance of automated eCom fulfillment.

WooliesX have made a significant investment in their automated fulfilment capability. This role will be responsible for the day to day operations of our first ever large scale automated Customer Fulfilment Centre. 

This role will be responsible for the daily operational functions of a large scale automated CFC in Auburn. The primary focus will be on ensuring the attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, team collaboration, financial efficiency, and overall operational performance

What you’ll do

  • Accountable for operational performance including, achieving key targets in safety, throughput, costs and profitability
  • Delivery of site P&L, including continuous improvements to deliver improved results year on year
  • Leading and contributing to strategy development, target setting and performance improvement across the CFC
  • Leading and supporting  implementation,  innovation and the embedding of continuous improvement opportunities
  • Able to support and build sustainable business continuity planning management

What you’ll bring

  • Passionate Operational leader with exceptional relationship and team building capabilities, who can drive a Customer 1st and Team 1st culture.
  • Proven experience in managing a multi skilled dynamic team across multiple shifts within a 24hr 7 day per week operation.
  • Retail, manufacturing or large scale supply chain leadership experience.
  • A successful track record of operational delivery and building successful teams in a highly visible area of operation.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment
