We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our large-scale automated Customer Fulfillment Centre in Auburn. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Accountable for operational performance, including achieving key targets in safety, throughput, costs, and profitability.
- Delivery of site Profit and Loss (P&L), including continuous improvements to deliver improved results year on year.
- Leading and contributing to strategy development, target setting, and performance improvement across the CFC.
- Leading and supporting implementation, innovation, and the embedding of continuous improvement opportunities.
- Able to support and build sustainable business continuity planning management.
- Passionate Operational leader with exceptional relationship and team building capabilities, who can drive a Customer 1st and Team 1st culture.
- Proven experience in managing a multi-skilled dynamic team across multiple shifts within a 24hr 7 day per week operation.
- Retail, manufacturing, or large-scale supply chain leadership experience.
- A successful track record of operational delivery and building successful teams in a highly visible area of operation.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
