Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Automation provider to ensure proper functionality and uniformity across various elements of the Automated material handling system
  • Monitor material flow, proactively identifying issues, and communicating updates to the site testing team
  • Assist in executing our Automation Testing Strategy
  • Observe and document the functionality of PLC and Low Level Control systems
  • Identify and coordinate requirements for forthcoming tests or activities, including personnel and material handling equipment.
  • Validate physical stock movements and flow, ensuring optimal performance of our automation systems.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Automated Material handling systems
  • Background as a control room operator or Flow analyst
  • Experience in reviewing equipment specification documents
  • Previous involvement in the installation, commissioning, or testing of material handling systems
  • Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing
