What does the job look like?

We are looking for an experienced Document Control Administrator to join the team at Essendon Fields. Key areas:

  • Perform document control tasks for the Business Process Management System (BPMS)
  • Coordinate document reviews for BPMS documentation ensuring review timelines are met
  • Coordinate quality assurance reviews, version control, desktop publishing and records management
  • Coordinate the annual review of Contract Management Plans and maintain the Contract Management Plan and correspondence registers
  • Provide FoxShare assistance in resolving requests sent to the Defence FoxShare Admin mailbox and working with internal G&D teams to develop their FoxShare sites

Are you the one?

You have previous document control administration experience and are proficient in Microsoft programs. You can demonstrate:

  • • Previous experience in a document control/quality assurance role
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Word (developing templates, using styles and document formatting)
    • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
    • Graphic design (Visio) experience (desirable)
