MRAEL are currently seeking a highly motivated and eager Business Administration Trainee to join the team at Total Fire Solutions.

Our Client, Total Fire Solutions specialise in commercial & mining fire protection solutions including fire system design, installation & support services.

About the position:

As the successful candidate, you will provide administrative support to the Planning Administrator. The planning administrator is responsible for scheduling work, managing employee interactions and handling administrative tasks related to ordering parts and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain schedules for various projects and assignments
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding work schedules, assignments, and concerns
  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing travel and accommodation bookings for employees work arrangements
  • Assess inventory levels of each employee and determine parts and supplies needed for ongoing projects
  • Place orders with internal store, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, receipts, and inventory levels
  • Generate and distribute invoices for completed work orders and services rendered
  • Maintain organised files and documentation related to scheduling, ordering, and invoicing

What the successful candidate will bring to the position;

  • A can do attitude with the desire to grow and be challenged
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication skills
  • Strong interest in administration and desire to complete studies
  • Neat and professional presentation
  • Precious customer service or administration experience is highly regarded
  • Current Drivers Lic

Location:

Mackay, QLD

Work Type:

Full Time Traineeship (Monday - Friday | 40 hours per week)
