CHPP Maintenance Superintendent

Sedgman is seeking an experienced CHPP Maintenance Superintendent to join our operations team in Queensland. This role will be based in the Bowen basin.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our coal handling plant. Your ability to build relationships, manage administrative processes, and offer support across all site-related tasks will greatly benefit our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of maintenance personnel to achieve optimal plant performance.
- Optimize maintenance windows to maximize plant run hours and minimize downtime.
- Identify and implement maintenance improvements to reduce site costs and improve revenue.
- Support the Maintenance Coordinator(s) to resolve problems and ensure effective planning, resourcing, and implementation.
- Manage maintenance activities and operation of the HV network to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Work with the CHPP Superintendent to monitor and review CHPP delay analysis and develop plans to minimize delays.
- Compile maintenance reports as required (daily, weekly, monthly).
