Are you ready to lead a pivotal role in transforming how Lutheran Services operates? 

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Change Lead to spearhead our digital transformation, guiding our organisation through this exciting evolution. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by ensuring our organisation is fully prepared and are excited to embrace new technologies and processes. 

As the Change Lead, you will be the beating heart of our digital evolution, leading all aspects of organisational readiness. You will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies that align with our mission and goals.  

Your efforts will ensure that everyone across the organisation is engaged, informed, and equipped to navigate change successfully. 

Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive change management plans, conducting readiness assessments, and developing action plans to address any gaps and you will play a critical role in coordinating communication, training efforts, collaborating with our Communications Manager and L&D Specialist to deliver clear and effective messaging that resonates with all our employees.  

Additionally, you will oversee the sequencing of change initiatives across multiple ICT projects, ensuring everything stays on track and aligned with our overall strategy. 

We are seeking someone who has the experience in leading organisational-wide change initiatives, preferably within social and community services. You should have a deep understanding of change management principles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with a wide range of stakeholders to foster a positive acceptance of change. 

If you’re PROSCI accredited or have experience in coordinating training programs, that’s a plus
