Our client is looking for an highly organised individual with attention to detail, due diligence and focus on excellence to join their small team. They are a small business manufacturing specialty plant protection products and growing rapidly This is a great temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Role Details:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm.
  • Location: Office-based in Cheltenham, VIC.
  • Perks: Carparking spaces provided.
  • Compensation: Attractive hourly rate of $38/hr + super.
  • Attire: Smart casual.
  • Duration: 3 months (Possibility for Extension or Permanency)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Reconcile statements and transactions using accounting software.
  • Prepare BAS, Superannuation Reports, and Workcover Reports.
  • Handle filing and maintain accurate records.
  • Apply purchasing and inventory control procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support.

About You:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable roles.
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in AP/AR, mainly AP
  • Proficiency in MYOB Account Right and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
