An exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for the relaunch of RAA’s intranet, working with IS to create a site and structure that ensures an optimal employee experience. In addition, you will: 

  • Be the subject matter expert on the intranet and provide clear recommendations on its use to key business stakeholders.
  • Develop Intranet Design Guidelines including recommended template designs, tone of voice, and use of webparts available.
  • Educate content owners/publishers on our Intranet Design Principles and how to maximise the presentation of their content.
  • Develop a governance framework for the intranet to ensure the ongoing maintenance of the platform.
  • Write, review, and edit communication materials as required, across internal channels.

About you  

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You’re passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations or journalism.
  • Demonstrated experience managing intranet platforms – including SharePoint Online.
  • Ability to form and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of employee communication tools such as Yammer/Viva Engage.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics and concepts to audiences of varying knowledge levels – both verbally and in writing.
