Exciting opportunity to join South Australia's iconic RAAFull-time fixed-term contract until July 2025 based in Adelaide CBDHigh performance teamAn exciting opportunity to lead the re-launch of RAA's intranet, collaborating with IS to develop a site and structure that ensures an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you will:
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the intranet and offer clear recommendations on its utilization to key business stakeholders.
  • Create Intranet Design Guidelines incorporating suggested template designs, tone of voice, and utilization of web parts available.
  • Educate content owners/publishers on our Intranet Design Principles and how to enhance the presentation of their content.
  • Establish a governance framework for the intranet to guarantee the continuous maintenance of the platform.
  • Compose, review, and edit communication materials as needed across internal channels.

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, or journalism.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing intranet platforms, including SharePoint Online.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Familiarity with employee communication tools like Yammer/Viva Engage.
  • Capability to convey complex topics and ideas to audiences of varying knowledge levels orally and in writing.
