Explore an intriguing role where you will lead the revamp of RAA's intranet, collaborating with IS to establish a site and structure that enhances the employee experience. Additionally, you will:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the intranet and offer clear guidance on its utilization to key business stakeholders.
  • Create Intranet Design Guidelines encompassing recommended template designs, tone of voice, and webparts usage.
  • Educate content owners/publishers on our Intranet Design Principles and how to enhance their content presentation.
  • Establish a governance framework for the intranet to ensure continued platform maintenance.
  • Compose, review, and edit communication materials as necessary, across internal channels.
  • And many other tasks detailed in the job description.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, or journalism.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing intranet platforms, including SharePoint Online.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with employee communication tools like Yammer/Viva Engage.
  • Capacity to convey complex topics and ideas to audiences of varying knowledge levels, verbally and in writing.
