Your opportunity:

Our Service Delivery group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join their newly formed Transition project team

The Service Delivery One System for Maintenance (OS4M) Strategy seeks to deliver improvements across key maintenance delivery performance outcomes including safety performance arising from real-time visibility of the full portfolio of maintenance works undertaken on Urban Utilities’ asset base. Delivering the objectives of the OS4M strategy depends on the consecutive execution of several critical enabling projects including the transition to a new commercial maintenance model, a digital enablement program of work and changes to business processes and internal functional structures.

This position is responsible for developing comprehensive process documentation to facilitate the onboarding program for transitioning current maintenance contracts to the new One System for Maintenance (OS4M) commercial model. Additionally, the role will provide data analysis and insights to support the OS4M program, including data handback activities. Working closely with stakeholders, including the Mobilisation Lead and Handback Lead, this position will ensure thorough documentation and analysis to enable an efficient transition and mobilisation.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Trade qualification in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

  • Proven ability in data analysis and operational troubleshooting

  • Demonstrated experience in a collaborative team environment, engaging stakeholders, and achieving customer outcomes.

  • Experience in maintenance, resource planning and/or logistics considered an advantage.

  • Proficiency in business process mapping, including using tools like Visio
