Reporting to the Development Lead, you will provide comprehensive data, integration, investigations, mapping, and project management support to clients and our project management team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly with the ability to write clearly and accurately.
- Develop strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work independently through unstructured tasks.
- Assist in the development of software design, focusing on data storage, mapping, integration, formats, and reporting to meet the organisation's requirements.
- Define concept papers, product requirements, and use cases, using agile methods.
- Bring a customer perspective to solution design, ensuring solutions promote scalability and smart practices.
- Update stakeholders on the status of product development processes, roadmaps, and designs, notifying stakeholders about any issues or business impacts connected to the data.
- Evaluate opportunities and risks, providing analysis of data and providing insights and recommendations as necessary.
- Work with the development team to develop conceptual diagrams and architectural artefacts.
- Build business relationships in a positive manner, including the negotiation and successful resolution of contentious issues.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and work cooperatively with people at all levels to achieve outcomes.
- Minimum of three years as a Business Analyst or similar stream.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications – e.g., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Ability to liaise at a senior level with a range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and design team members, with a track record in developing client relationships.
- Able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
