  • Liaise with Learning & Development, Staffing & Mobility, and other office counterparts, to action CDC recommendations
    • Own downward and upward feedback processes end to end, including approval processes, alignment to grading calibration principles, and make recommendations to improve feedback timeliness
    • Oversee CD Assistant’s responsibilities as related to your cohorts, including: preparation of promotion letters, announcements, and gifts; and maintaining accurate records in Workday;
    • Conduct reporting and analytics as required, deriving insights, and making recommendations.

Lead annual Consulting Team year-end bonus process including:
    • Collaborate with the wider CD team to set the annual bonus calendar and schedule key meetings
    • Collect accurate inputs and develop materials for key meetings and final production of letters

    • Monitor annual CD budget, including spending and ad-hoc budget analysis
    • Offer Career Services support to your cohorts in collaboration with the CD Senior Manager
    • Maintain CD Microsite, keeping content, metrics and key materials up-to-date
    • Oversee CDA/Advisee pairings, reassignments, and related communications
