Our Corporate Marketing team works across multiple brands to attract new patients, support our medical liaison team, and nurture current patients through a variety of content, campaigns, and events. City Fertility is seeking a multi-skilled, omni channel Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team where you will take ownership, across one or more of our brands.

Your Role:

As a Marketing Specialist working from our head office in Brisbane you will:

  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brands, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all channels.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email and traditional channels to drive patient acquisition and retention.
  • Content Creation: Generate compelling and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, webinars, podcasts and social media updates, to engage and educate our target audience.
  • Public Relations: work with the PR agency to build and maintain relationships with media outlets, to secure positive press coverage.
  • Website Management: Oversee website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines (SEO) and conversion.
  • CRM Expertise: Implement and optimise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to improve patient engagement, nurture leads, and enhance the patient experience.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse marketing performance data, track KPIs, and use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics, with a focus on increasing the number of enquiries and conversion rates.
  • Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to drive more enquiries, improve lead quality, and enhance the conversion process for potential patients.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the promotion of events, seminars, webinars, and programs to educate the community about fertility issues and our clinic's services.

This dynamic role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can oversee marketing campaigns, content creation, public relations, and more. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by raising awareness of our fertility services, helping individuals and couples navigate their fertility journey, and improving CRM to increase the number of enquiries and conversions.
