Job Title: Marketing Specialist - Construction Materials (B2B Wholesale)

Location: Brisbane (Southern Suburbs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation within the construction materials industry.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, case studies, and digital content.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and PPC.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage trade shows, events, and webinars to promote our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the construction materials or related B2B industry.
    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Knowledge of the construction industry and materials is a plus.
