About the role:


Due to an opening in the team, our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist on a part time basis for an initial six month period.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and implementing the strategic marketing and brand initiatives for one of their major brands.


Other duties include:

  • Coordinate the organisation's advertising, promotions, collateral, events and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Provide trusted marketing, brand, and communication advice to internal stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Develop and deliver marketing plans, tactical activities and campaigns to deliver on strategic priorities and growth targets.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns and activities from brief through to implementation and reporting.
  • Deliver marketing deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Develop and execute direct marketing programs that contribute to customer acquisition and loyalty across key services and programs.
  • Design creative marketing campaigns and activities that are grounded in customer insights.
  • Coordinate the development of content for marketing initiatives including collateral, video and photography.

About you:

  • 5+ years minimum experience in a similar role with exposure to complex group environments.
  • Ability to interpret, negotiate briefs and provide advice to ensure campaign and marketing requirements are met.
  • Proven project management experience with excellent time management, planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects within tight timeframes and perform under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven track record as a resultsorientated selfstarter, willingness to assist and support complex projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and business function.
