Job Description

This position of Business Manager is an integral part of the CoLab team. The BM is responsible for ensuring that all Pfizer brand teams have accurate briefs, copy documents, artwork, estimates, timelines and correspondence to ensure an efficient and effective partnership.

Must have a passion for great data driven innovative work and building great client relationships.

This role will be responsible for the daily management of clients including:

Managing a range of projects from brief to completion whether it be a digital sales aid or a new a complete Omni-channel deliverable. Ensuring jobs are trafficked through the agency in a timely and cost effective manner. Ensuring the delivery of final material is on time and of a high standard. Providing estimates that are reflective of agency involvement and work within client budgets. Generation of key documents such as contact reports and timelines. Management of jobs through Veeva, and Adobe Workfront Working with offshore production hubs Project management of jobs through the internal systems and the clients’ systems Work with the wider Publicis and Agency team - Creatives, Studio, Production, Strategy, Data and Media - to ensure campaigns and materials are produced in a timely and cost-effective manner. Be able to confidently and effectively communicate with Brand Managers throughout the healthcare industry. Work towards the generation of new business, either from the current client base or through new clients.

Qualifications

Min. 2+ years’ experience working within in a healthcare agency or pharmaceutical marketing team. Complete understanding of agency processes. Well organised, with excellent attention to detail. High level time management skills. Strong writing, analytical and presentation skills. A good understanding of the medical and pharmacy industry including terminology, structure and jargon. Product, industry and market knowledge in ethical, OTC and specialty healthcare. Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of media terminology for both medical and consumer media. Familiarity with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and ASMI approval process. Experience working with Veeva platforms and Digital deliverables within Veeva
