The Brand Team is responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining EnergyAustralia’s brand in support of business objectives. The team provides leadership and direct, expert advice to the business and manages the design and implementation of plans through cross-functional teams.

Making a Difference at EnergyAustraliaThe Brand Specialist is the curator of the brand and responsible for the development and management of brand guidelines and management of brand IP and trademarks. You will manage the application of brand assets inside and outside the business by developing and maintaining easy-to-access tools, templates and collateral. This will also include overseeing agency and in-house projects and process management to ensure alignment against the EA’s overarching brand strategy.

In this dynamic role you will be the subject matter expert and true ambassador, responsible for connecting internal audiences to the EnergyAustralia brand. In collaboration with the Brand Leader, you will support the brand strategy for purposes including, attracting and retaining customers and employees and, more broadly, enhancing the company’s public standing.

We’re looking for a collaborative individual who sees the big picture and possibilities from multiple angles and through a creative lens. Prior experience in developing and implementing brand, managing brand governance and guidelines as well as brand-driven communications (internal/external) is essential.

In addition to your marketing experience, customer communication and internal engagement, you will have proven communication skills and the ability to make complex information, simple to understand. Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities
