Senior Marketing Manager – Canberra or Sydney – Full time

We are seeking a motivated and customer centric Senior Marketing Manager to join our teams in our Canberra or Sydney office. Reporting to the Director, Consumer Marketing and Insights, you will optimise strategic, revenue focused and local marketing opportunities for the Allhomes brand, part of the Domain Group.  The Allhomes brand is the market leader and well established brand within the ACT market. Who are you?

You are a curious and pragmatic Senior Marketing Manager who is keen to understand audience trends and insights, with the ability to translate this into action. As the key marketing lead for the Allhomes brand, you will work across both B2B and B2B segments to drive growth. This means understanding the ACT/Capital market and then working across stakeholders and Marketing team to take to market and realise the opportunities. The ideal candidate will:

  • Plan and execute the B2B and B2C marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives and revenue growth. 

  • Oversee brand and agent marketing budget and allocate/invest funds strategically.

  • Develop strategies and tactics to increase Allhomes audience and then engage and manage through the funnel. 

  • Leadership of the development of above the line campaigns – partnering with media and creative agency partners to deliver. 

  • Work with in-house content, editorial and social teams to create valuable and engaging marketing content for our social channels that attracts and converts our target groups.

  • Measure and report performance of marketing initiatives, gather learnings and apply to strategies and initiatives moving forward.

You have:

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in a similar role, in insights and analytical roles within or closely aligned to the marketing function (ideally property / real estate sector).

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications or Marketing.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, within tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional storytelling, visualisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to work productively in a fast paced and agile environment.
