Job Description

  • Provide administrative assistance
  • Assist with employee onboarding including issuing new starter information, employment contracts and coordinating mobilisation
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee files
  • Reviewing, revising, and updating company policies
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
