Your part in it

The Process Improvement Manager, reporting to the Head of Asset Management, will manage process improvement initiatives for sustainable business improvements at our asset sites.  The role will lead to not only develop new processes, but also train and direct the wider team to ensure effective utilisation is made through developing or documenting processes for consistency across the business.

What you’ll put into it

  • Identify process improvement opportunities across the business unit such as plant maintenance processes, standardised service orders, O&M processes and standard jobs
  • Lead process design/redesign activities and develop implementation/change management plans
  • Coordinate and conduct internal process audits and compliance reviews to measure conformity to internal and external requirements
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders throughout the Power Generation Business Unit
  • Ensure strong reporting frameworks are established and maintained to assist decision making

What you’ll bring to it

  • Extensive experience in an operations or project management role
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, planning and or business and commerce
  • Broad knowledge of power generation work processes and system requirements
  • Knowledge of importance of process and sound commercial practice
  • Knowledge and experience with implementation of CMMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ellipse, Maximo
