**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Working in a newly created role, the Process Improvement Manager will become the conduit between the sales team, operational management and new clients, delivering complex and challenging process improvement. The position has a national focus, responsible for Cargowise1 maximisation strategies, workflow improvement and client integration initiatives. This role has a commercial aspect, working closely with key decision-makers

**DUTIES**
- Manage current I.T projects on a national scale working with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish and set SOP and KPI requirements for internal and external stakeholders with I.T interface
- Ensure the smooth implementation of new clients into CW1
- Explore workflow process and suggest improvements

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 5+ years within a freight forwarding company working on CW1
- Demonstrated success with process improvement and new business implementation
- Previous experience working with critical commercial stakeholders to implement change
- Exposure to and demonstrated ability to affect change within the operational process
