About the role

Playing a critical role in helping drive strategy execution and the implementation and embedding of Red Cross' transformation. Working with stakeholders across the organisation to re-design business processes to a new organisational design and operating model to drive enhanced operational performance, financially sustainability and deliver value to the people and communities Red Cross serves.

Day to day, you will:

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, as business process owners, as well as other members of the Program & Process Governance team including change management to re-design and embed critical business processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and providing implementation advice / strategies to the business.
  • Drive greater process maturity and accountability by coaching the businessin understanding roles and responsibilities for process management and providing advice and training in process mapping methodologies and techniques and also maintenance of process maps.

About you

An experienced leader of process improvement activities and projects, you leverage a deep understanding of operating model transformation, process framework and application of BPM methodology. You're proactive and geared towards complex problem solving.

You'll bring:

  • Resilience to manage complex relationships, influence, and challenge effectively and constructively
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the concept of Process Architecture, Value Chain Analysis and Value Stream Mapping
  • Strong understanding of workflow systems
  • Proficient in Process Mapping methodologies & techniques and Advanced Process Management skills
  • Solid understanding of BPMN Standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex processes in a simple and understandable way to generate pragmatic solutions
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and interviewing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
