Operations & Service Chapter Lead - Print & Create

Our client is a highly motivated Operations & Service Chapter Lead to oversees all aspects of their store and online operations, services, incidents, and releases.

In this leadership role, you will:

  • Lead a dedicated support team, providing day-to-day coaching and guidance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Champion operational excellence by prioritizing work, mitigating risks, and fostering strong communication across IT teams.
  • Own critical incidents, coordinating resolution and communication with all involved stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement new tools to ensure faster and more effective problem-solving.
  • Foster a positive and growth-oriented environment for your team, providing coaching and mentorship.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong background in IT operations and service management (ITIL preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of success in motivating and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in implementing automation strategies and utilizing relevant tools.
  • Documentation creation skills (Jira, Sharepoint, ServiceNow)
  • Understanding of Network Infrastructure and standard Internet Protocols.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows products along with Active Directory domains, Group Policy
  • Understanding of scripting using Batch, PowerShell.
  • Windows Desktop software practical knowledge
  • Other language JavaScript, Python
  • Payments Experience (Desirable)
