The role: 

Knight Frank Australia have an exciting opportunity for a high performing, driven and motivated Director focusing on Western Sydney Investment and development site sales based in our Parramatta office.  

Your role will encompass identifying sales opportunities and generating activity across the relevant market by leveraging your relationships to maximize income for the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in development of strategies to increase relevant market share and improve profitability
  • Identify new listing opportunities through client relationship management 
  • Fosters strategic alliances, business partnerships and relationships to better develop Knight Frank services
  • Development and implementation of a business plan
  • Develop proposals for major clients in accordance with Knight Frank standards and client requirements
  • Provide high quality financial analysis to support strategic forecasting
  • Effectively mentor and motivate the team to ensure overall department objectives are achieved

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 4+ years Sales experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of the property industry
  • Professional qualifications in Property, Business or Finance
  • Agents Representative Certificate  
  • Understanding of the property sales process
  • Demonstrated client focus
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Confident and well presented
  • Self-motivated
