About your new role:
The Sales Manager position has been created to take a suite of newly created tech products to the market in Australia. These products have been designed to enhance the user experience throughout the Australian retail industry and incorporates the ability to drive sales through automation and data driven decision support. These products also offer a far more environmentally friendly alternative to existing solutions being deployed. Reporting to the National Commercial Manager, this role is viewed as the subject specialist for this new product range and will join a highly experienced and accomplished sales team.
The key tasks aligned to your role will include:
•Drive sales through both new and existing relationships.
•Identify a list of target clients & develop a sales approach strategy.
•Create & present bespoke product solution presentations.
•Participate in the solution design process.
•Present ROI reporting as well as Quote / tender submission.
•Leverage off existing relationships to expand the sales footprint for the business.
•Target the sale of the ongoing support service offering to all customers.
•Provide a superior level of customer service and product knowledge
About you
•Will have extensive sales experience, including business development, cold and warm account management.
•Has B2B experience, with exposure to large corporates such as Retail, FMCG or IT / Technology being an ideal fit.
•You have strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc).
•Are a highly organised and self motivated professional who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
•Interpersonally, you are a proactive and engaging communicator who brings the ability to build solid working relationships with your stakeholders
•Applicants with experience taking a new product or service to market will be highly regarded
