About the opportunity:  

Based from our corporate Support Centre at Milton, you will work with various stakeholders across our sites in southern Queensland. You will ensure the strong foundations of volunteer program management are in place for attracting, recruiting, training, engaging, and retaining volunteers.  You will also have the opportunity to work with service managers to ensure the volunteer role contributes to evidence-based services design and delivery. You will have the opportunity to grow the volunteer contribution by driving a program that has best-fit volunteers contributing to the work at our services in ways that enhance the outcomes for our community clients and aged care residents. 

About you: 

This is an opportunity to use your skills in communication, organisation, and volunteer coordination to work with stakeholders and service providers to implement effective programs. In addition to relevant experience, you may hold qualifications in Volunteer Program Management or Human Resources. However, it will be your understanding of how volunteer program design can supplement and complement work done in social, community and aged care services that will enable you to grow this role and program with us.
