The Opportunity:
An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team in Maroochydore on a part-time basis, as the frontline hero for our 7Queensland offices As our Reception & Administration Assistant, you'll be the welcoming presence and voice at reception, ensuring every incoming call is answered promptly and professionally as well as providing vital administrative sales support to the wide Sunshine Coast Sales Team
Reporting to the Deputy QLD Regional Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- General reception and administrative duties including attending to enquires, visitors and their needs, ordering of supplies, courier engagement and processing of expenses and receipts.
- Receiving internal and external correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Preparation of sales monthly/ weekly report requirements, presentations and special projects as required by the Deputy Regional Sales Manager.
- Providing support to our Sales Team with;
- Preparation of sales related competitor reports using Excel
- Processing of advertising material for all direct and agency clients
- Booking and maintenance of TV campaigns for our advertising clients when required
- Posting advertising reports on clients TV campaigns
About You:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A high level of organisation and time management skills, who has excellent attention to detail, analytical and data entry skills
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Confident and mature, self-motivated and able to work efficiently and proactively
- Can work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating persistence and patience on a daily basis
