About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Contact Agent to join our team. Within this role you will provide support to sales team and contact centre team. You will be the first time of contact with our external customers. This contact can be provided through emails or phone calls, and you will ensure that each interaction is attended to efficiently, professionally and within Rawson Group guidelines

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
 

  • Servicing client enquiries via email, telephone and website
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support over the phone, live chat, SMS and email explain products, options, inclusions and features. 
  • Communicate with customers in a courteous and empathic way, demonstrating a willingness to assist and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Drive appointments and customer contact for the sales team
  • Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
  • Assisting other members within the contact centre team.
  • Process independently to achieve individual performance levels as well as part of a team to contribute to overall service performance and improvement.
  • You will work Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts, our core hours are 9am to 5:30pm on weekdays and Sat & Sun 10am to 3pm.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in the customer service experience within homebuilding, Construction/Architecture, or the real estate field) is highly advantageous
  • A high level of customer service skills and the ability to empathise
  • Must be prepared to work on weekends.
  • Previous experience using a Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI’s
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
