About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Workplace Relations Consultant to provide high level and specialist advice on strategic and operational workplace relations matters.

As our Senior Workplace Relations Consultant,you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

Day-to-day, you will:

Provide strategic and operational workplace relations advice in order to resolve complex case management matters

Inform, coach, guide and educate people leaders and P&C colleagues about the application and interpretation of relevant P&C policies, employment contracts and industrial instruments

Contribute to planning and preparation forEBA negotiations, and anyrelevant process and change activities, including planning, negotiation, approval and implementation phases as required.

Advise on workplace relations obligations relating to organisational change. 

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

Great communication and interpersonal skills – ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels

Workplace Relations experience and qualifications in a related discipline

Approachable, with well-developed interpersonal skills and strong influencing skills
