Senior Workplace Relations Consultant

We're seeking a Workplace Relations Officer to join our client's growing team in Brisbane. You'll play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and guidance on a range of critical matters, ensuring our organisation operates smoothly and adheres to all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic and operational advice on complex workplace relations issues, including disputes, grievances, investigations, performance management, and misconduct.
- Coaching and guiding people leaders and colleagues on the application and interpretation of relevant policies, employment contracts, and industrial instruments.
- Conducting and/or supporting investigations into allegations of misconduct, bullying, harassment, and discrimination.
- Contributing to enterprise bargaining negotiations and change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
- Proactively managing delegated projects related to workplace relations compliance and best practices.
- Staying up-to-date on legislative developments and ensuring all workplace practices are compliant.
About You:
- Experience in a senior workplace relations role.
- Strong qualifications in workplace relations or a related field (HR, Law).
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse complex situations.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to building strong relationships.
