You'll manage employment law litigation on behalf of Coles, including internal management of individual team member litigation, appearance work, and briefing external legal counsel when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in employment law, governance, policy development, and litigation.
  • Proven experience managing complex workplace matters and projects in large organisations.
  • Strong advocacy and representation skills in courts and tribunals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • A legal qualification and a valid practicing certificate.
