About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our clients. This includes providing support and care in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and meal preparation
  • Implementing health and wellbeing initiatives to support clients
  • Providing social support and companionship to clients
  • Working collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements:

  • Understanding of and passion for working with the elderly
  • Current driver's license
  • A registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
  • Confidence in using different forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
