As a QantasLink Customer Service Supervisor, you will be an operational leader who champions a small, dynamic & experienced team of Customer Service professionals. You’ll drive high energy & enthusiasm, lead by example with cultural change and drive customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the dedicated & focused coordination of the daily operation of the QantasLink Sydney Team. Your new position will ensure the premium delivery of all customer service duties across the team. Our brand values of ensuring the delivery of a premium customer service experience, will require you to take ownership of decisions relating to customer issues and will act as a point of escalation. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
A passion for people and the customer
An experienced & respected Leader with Supervisor or people management experience
Demonstrated understanding of customer recovery techniques
An ability to take ownership of problems and solve them effectively
Willingness and ability to learn & adapt quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills within a high volume, fast paced and demanding environment
A thorough understanding of aviation requirements, legislation and compliance
Ability to work 7 day rotational roster – encompassing weekends and public holidays
