Your Opportunity

You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice. Your work will include:

Tax due diligence Structuring, including advice on deal structures and fund structures Transaction document review Tax model reviews Post-deal integration Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
