**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Advisory Manager to join our team at Future You, a boutique public practice firm undergoing rapid growth. With a strong culture and experienced partners from top 10 accounting firms, we're committed to delivering exceptional results.

**Estimated Salary:** $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description:** As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 offshore and junior staff, providing tax advice on complex issues, finalizing management reports and income tax returns, and delivering business advisory services to clients.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3-4 offshore and junior staff.
  • Provide tax advice on issues including Div7A, CGT, GST, and FBT.
  • Finalize management reports and income tax returns.
  • Deliver business advisory services to clients, including benchmarking, cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in public practice.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
  • Australian permanent resident with a base in Sydney.

**Benefits:
