Key responsibilities:

The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Building and executing marketing/ e-commerce plans and campaigns
  • Evolving the e-commerce proposition and driving sales with our retailers
  • Supporting and help develop and deliver the BUs’ marketing and e-commerce strategies in line with the business strategic intent, providing industry insight and expertise
  • Developing revenue generating opportunities with agreed retail business partners.
  • Creating and enhance partnerships with external parties that will grow revenue and/or our customer segments.
  • Conducting market research on customer profile, buying behaviour, etc. to inform and shape marketing decisions that contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer demographics and relationship with research suppliers
  • Designing, managing and executing delivery of marketing campaigns to deliver increased revenue. Ensures all marketing collaterals are developed in accordance with the agreed brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing/ e-commerce strategy and plans
  • BA in marketing, retail / property or related degree.
  • strong collaborative work ethic who is self-directed
  • a passionate and easy-going disposition
  • Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Stong understanding of end-to-end customer/passenger journey.
  • An analytical problem-solving approach that uses research, insights and data to inform decision making.
  • Ability to identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver key initiatives on time and within
