Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Producer or Product Manager 2+ years experience working with teams building software for internal users Experience using Agile tools and practices to drive the development process for a distributed development team Experience partnering with central and distributed development teams to improve the developer workflows Experience leading teams through feature development (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support)

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working with art and content pipelines Experience working with teams building content creation tools Mastery of production tools like JIRA for tracking and reporting Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
