Responsibilities:

Drive technical direction for Engine systems, anticipating upcoming opportunities and risks Engage in the whole Engine update program, from planning through to ship, to provide the latest tech and tools to VALORANT teams Collaborate effectively with other disciplines to improve the Engine to enable them to craft new and better experiences for players Seek out and champion development process improvements Uphold a high standard of engineering excellence Provide mentorship to others

Required Qualifications: 

6+ years experience in professional software development 4+ years of professional experience in C++ Experience working with Unreal Engine Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience Have collaborated on cross-team development efforts (3+ months in scope), including requirements gathering, planning, and release

Desired Qualifications:

Experience developing and shipping games in Unreal Experience developing and shipping games on console Experience modifying Unreal Engine Experience in render systems
