About the role
In this role, you'll work with NDIS participants and private clients, using a strengths-based approach to deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance functional independence and improve quality of life.
Your responsibilities as a lead generation specialist will include but not limited to:
- Providing client-cantered therapy using a strengths-based approach to help NDIS participants and private clients achieve their goals.
- Delivering evidence-based interventions to enhance functional independence.
- Conducting assessments and creating detailed reports for both NDIS and private clients.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
- Developing, monitoring, and adjusting individual treatment plans to ensure client progress.
- Taking advantage of professional development opportunities and having access to a resource budget.
About You
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Candidates looking for a long-term career where they can really grow and support the community.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
- Working with Children Check and Worker Screening (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for empowering young people.
- Must have full Australian working rights.
