About us

Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas of criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 27 offices.

About you

We are looking for someone who has good organisational and client service skills, who is self-motivated and able to manage a diverse range of tasks. You will have good oral and written communication skills and be able to speak in plain English to a variety of our clients and assist in time pressured triaging of client intake. You will also have an interest in, and understanding of, employment law issues, in particular as they affect disadvantaged and/or vulnerable members of the community.
