About the role

In this role you will be an experienced Change Analyst to assist in the delivery of a key IT and Technology system implementation initiative across the organisation. 

You will be working with both business and technology stakeholders to manage the change as from legacy to new system is implemented. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for rolling out change activities across the business managing the impact from a technology and business perspective. 
  • Gather requirements from technical and business stakeholders
  • Track and oversee that delivery of change activities identified, including delivery of the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities with other projects across the program.
  • Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
  • Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change, identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics, managing anticipated resistance to change.
  • Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
  • Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
  • Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these, providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
  • Undertake and support business engagement activities to build awareness and commitment including supporting leaders to communicate changes to their teams, customers, partners and stakeholders.

Skills / Experience Required: 

  • At least 5+ years’ experience working in a Change Analyst role with strong experience in working across IT projects.
  • Experience working across NSW Government would also be highly beneficial. 
  • Experience working across business and IT transformations with a focus on system implementation experience. 
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels including C-level Execs and IT stakeholders and technology teams. 
  • Previous experience working in both agile and waterfall environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organisation skills. 
  • Experience working in a public sector organisation would be highly
