  • Contract role till May 2025 with possible extension.
  • Attractive daily pay rate up to $900/day + Super.
  • 7.6 hours a day. 38 hours a week.
  • Hybrid work (WFH + Parramatta, NSW). 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Your role is to provide the bridge between clients and technical staff, so that the client's requirements are successfully implemented in systems. There will be extensive interaction with clients, colleagues and providers in person to achieve success.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Work with this client to analyse their (already documented) requirements, identify the fit, determine how the SuccessFactors LMS module can be configured to meet them and complete as much of the configuration as possible, with the assistance from our implementation partner as needed.
  • Work closely with the current SuccessFactors support team to ensure the other modules are not negatively impacted with the LMS module in place.
  • Collaborate closely with various business stakeholders to address complex system issues.
  • Implement a tailored solution to meet specific needs and guarantee seamless alignment between technical configurations and established business processes.  

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Your qualifications in a relevant area or demonstrated professional experience in an equivalent role.
  • Experience in configuring the SuccessFactors LMS (and other) module/s.
  • Knowledge of how the system, program design and learning logic plays a critical role in user experience and engagement
  • Experience working in a complex organisation and complex systems.
  • Capabilities collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of HR and IT, learning and systems specialists, to support the learning experience.
