About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference for our customers, communities, and each other. As a Technical Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Process mapping, functional documentation, and data analysis to inform business decisions
  • Designing and documenting system processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Liaising and collaborating with external teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects
  • Driving workshops and documenting outcomes to inform business strategies
  • Continuously improving and innovating processes to stay ahead of the curve

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience as an end-to-end Business Analyst with banking product knowledge
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements, process designing, and process mapping
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw business-relevant conclusions from data
  • A strong understanding of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
  • A degree in IT or Computer Science (highly regarded)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
