Our Versent Modern Run team is growing. We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. 
 

In this role, you'll tackle challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless migration process.


As the bridge between our existing team and customer platform, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating communication. Your exceptional relationship-building skills will be key as you navigate the technical complexities and business requirements. 


This position involves working across teams to define, document, and deliver business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate high-quality business, functional, and technical requirements. Translate complex business needs into user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. Support agile product delivery by managing backlog, scoping requirements, and ensuring robust testing. Assist in solution design, project walkthroughs, and implementation phases. Foster strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams. Perform data analysis using relational databases and tools like SQL. Collaborate closely with development teams to align requirements with technical implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years as a Business Analyst in technical environments. Expertise in process mapping, agile story writing, and SQL. Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. Experience with AWS, Oracle, microservices, BPMN, and UML. Familiarity with databases like MS SQL Server and Snowflake.
