: Seeking an enthusiastic skilled and engaged team member.The Disability, Seniors, Veterans and Social Recovery Branch of the Community Services Directorate (CSD) provides support and strategic advice to ACT Government, Ministers and the ACT Public Service and implements programs to progress social inclusion outcomes for people with disability, older Canberrans and veterans.
The Assistant Director will lead, develop and implement policies, programs and projects as they relate to people with disability and specifically in intersection with the justice system. This role will undertake key activities to progress the ACT Disability Justice Strategy including working closely with Justice organisations, Justice and Community Safety and leading the implementation of the disability justice community of practice.
