Role Overview
Business Program Manager role overseeing a series of strategically aligned projects that business transformation programs, including the planning, executing, and monitoring initiatives that will change the fundamentals of how the company operates to allow for further growth and success. This is a business role for someone commercially / operationally minded (not an IT delivery role).
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing transformational programs.
- Understanding and skilled in change management principles.
- Proficient in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies aimed at minimizing overheads and waste is a must.
- Strong self-management and workload prioritization abilities, combined with robust project management skills, including initiative, problem-solving, and achieving goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to move through differences of opinion as the workplace changes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to lead workshops and present solutions to senior executives.
- Proven and hands-on experience in Governance and risk.
