Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner in enhancing HR functions across the region. This pivotal role combines responsibilities as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with oversight of HR Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective execution of HR processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day HR operations
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management processes and ensure effective feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage employee relations and retention strategies.
  • Enhance HR operations efficiency to support organisational goals.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Champion learning and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead organisational development efforts and promote diversity and inclusion.

Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change at the Manager level and above.
  • Experience in a multinational or large organisation is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation and virtual teams across different locations and cultures.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in an agile environment. while fostering and driving excellence. Candidates available to commence immediately will be highly desired
